We do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at hello@livebeyondtheworld.com to request a refund.

To help us process your claim, include the following in your email:

  • Clear photos of the shipping box
  • Images showing how the item was packaged
  • Photos of the damaged product
